Therapy Begins Here

Welcome

Therapy – do I need it, where do I begin, how do I find the right therapist for me?

There are many reasons why people seek out therapy, and the initial step often feels uncertain, if not overwhelming.

I can imagine, given that you are here, there may be something in your life (or that of your child or loved one) that is causing you discomfort. Welcome, and well done for taking the first step towards getting some help.

Whether you have been in therapy before or not, whether you have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition or are struggling with a significant change, trauma, or life event, I would like to encourage you to take a moment to consider whether therapy may be right for you.

As a therapist, my role in an individual’s life is unique. I meet strangers who come to me for support, help, and to take on what I believe is the most important pursuit anyone can, to truly understand and know themselves.
